Cancel your subscription or ask for your money back. You don't need an account: send the form and you'll get a request code right away.

Our refund policy

14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for a plan, no questions asked.
Renewal charges can be refunded within 7 days if you haven't used the plan since the renewal.
In Argentina you can revoke your purchase within 10 days ("Botón de arrepentimiento", Res. SCI 424/2020); in the EU and UK, within 14 days. This form is how you do it.
Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for unless you're refunded.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal within 10 business days.
